Dinner or lunch Allrounder

Colorful one pot with potato and cabanossi
  • 750 g potatoes

  • 3 large red capsicums

  • 3 spring onions

  • 150 g cabanossi

  • 1 small branch of rosemary

  • Olive oil

  • garlic

  • 100 g baby spinach

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 250 ml cooking creme

chop all ingredients into cubes. Slice onions, smash garlic with a big knife, then chop, slice cabanossi. 


  1. heat olive oil in big deep fry pan

  2. add potatoes (you can microwave them prior to speed up the process), add the rosemary, fry 15 minutes. Add capsicum at about 10 Minutes

  3. Add garlic, salt and pepper

  4. Add cabanossi, spring onion, fry for another 5 Minutes, then add spinach and let it wilt. 

  5. Add cooking cream at the end and serve
