What are we going to do during a PT session?

No. We all have to start somewhere! My clients come in all shapes and sizes and to be honest, mindset is 90% of the battle. JUST GET STARTED, that's the hardest part. 

A can-do attitude, good exercise shoes, water, towel, sunscreen and hat (if outside)


This depends on your goals. Interval, strength, cardiovascular, resistance training, a combination of all of the above and/or Pilates

How long does a PT session run?

Usually 60 Minutes. 5-10 Minutes warm up, 40-45 Minutes intense exercise, followed by 5-10 Minutes of cool down and stretching.
